I am a Ziploc addict also! Even though I RARELY travel, I have a toiletry bag that sits in my closet and is ready to go any time! I don't know why I started doing this...maybe because I always seem to have lots of travel size toiletries on hand.

I find my shampoo bar is perfect for travelling: takes up little space, lasts forever and you don't have the whole liquids of leakage and volume issue. Plus the one I have smells lovely and cleans my hair well!

I too, use ZipLocs, but I also pack my clothes in them. I hate the thought of TSA handling my things. I found this site for travel size items, but haven't ordered anything yet.

I too have a 'grab and go' system of zip locks. Stored in one skinny drawer of my bathroom organiser, which also has surplus ear plugs, eye masks, my only watch (only wear it when I can't have my phone on - on flights!) I probably have one or two too many bottles, but I'm not 'acquiring' anymore, so it should naturally be used up.
My toothbrush, spare ear plugs and change of knickers + PJs live in a satchel near the door - this is a hangover from when I used to stay a friends place last minute/more regularly...
It's a shame the ziplocks get trashed over time, but they seem better than more durable plastic (which ALWAYS starts to stink to me).

i have a ziplock-alike bag i bought from muji....it is made from some sort of tough synthetic mesh....for my travel toiletries.
it drains and dries quickly, is see-through, and has lasted a few years and still looks brand new.Posted 3 weeks ago #
