Hello Unclutter-folk,
I'm trying to gauge the best way to deal with years upon years of school and personal notebooks. If they have 3-ring binder holes, I've tried to narrow them down into binders, but I still have so much. Some notebooks are bound, so it's a limited solution.
I think a lot of it would be OK to keep in digital format only, but I'm not sure about the best way to do this. I know you can pay some services to do the scan for you by shipping your [beloved] notebooks away in a box, and then hope that they do the scan well and that those notebooks get back to you (for proofing - yes, I would be that meticulous). Also, my notes are a good mixture of diagrams and text, so I'd like the scans to be a decent resolution.
Perhaps there is an at-home solution that would be best? I do not own a scanner [yet], but I would consider one if the group has a suitable suggestion.
Thank you for your thoughts!
- Jen
