No she's not (she can paint and is very handy though) - just some lovely paintings that she has bought over the years. She has fabulous taste and I am happy to take her cast offs - my favourite is a pair of 2 year old sofas that she was going to offload on ebay. I bought them from her for a great price and they are so comfortable - could do with a good clean atm though.
And no, we decided not to sell. Hubby was toying with the idea of going back to uni to change careers and we were going to downsize and maybe even rent while he did it. At the time the market was a bit depressed (though it has picked up now - things never got as bad here in Oz as overseas), and it wouldn't have been worth our while. Hubby decided to focus on more vocational training that he can do while working and has just finished an Advanced Diploma of Management. Next is a cabling course - he works in Telecommunications. Our youngest is about to start school so we will now be here for a while, would hate to have to move him, his brother is facing a school move this year going from a public to a Catholic school.
